We are open all year round (except Christmas & New Year).

Double Bedroom with en-suite shower and w.c.

Twin Bedroom with en-suite shower an w.c.

Double Occupancy:	£65 per room per single night.
	£60 per room per night for 2-3 nights discount.
	£54 per room per night for 4+ nights discount.
Single Occupancy:	£45 per single night.
	£40 per night for 2-3 nights discount.
	£36 per night, 4+ nights discount.
Low Season Breaks available: 3 nights for the price of 2 (November - March, excluding bank holidays and half term weeks).

Both rooms are non-smoking and the rate includes Full English or Continental Breakfast.
 (Vegetarian and dairy - free options also available on request).

We can arrange packed lunches (£5) and complimentary car transfer from Axminster Railway Station or other destinations in the locality by prior arrangement.

We regret that we are unable to take children under the age of 12 or pets, (we have two charming but elderly scaredy cats living at the cottage).

Please note that we can only accept payment in cash or cheque (with bankers card). We also accept cash payments in Euros and US Dollars at the prevailing rate of exchange.
